Summer Analyst
Our Summer Analyst program is an 8-week paid internship for rising college seniors. Summer Analysts are staffed on top-level consulting engagements like our full-time analysts so that they can gain direct exposure to client challenges, build new skills, and make meaningful contributions. As a boutique firm, we can fast track our analysts’ learning in a manner not possible at larger, legacy firms. Senior team members drawn from top-tier consultancies (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) provide oversight and mentorship to Summer Analysts, helping them develop their problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Analyst
Our Business Analyst program is a two-year skill-building journey for recent college graduates who wish to challenge themselves and gain exposure to a variety of business functions and capabilities while working on top-level consulting engagements. Our size enables us to fast track our analysts’ learning and experience in a manner not possible at larger, legacy firms. Senior team members drawn from the world’s top consultancies (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) provide oversight and mentorship to our Business Analysts, helping them develop their problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Senior Associate
Our Senior Associate position is for professionals who wish to continue their consulting careers after 2-3 years at a top management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG). Senior Associates are responsible for managing and owning major workstreams for client engagements. Work includes establishing executive relationships and developing subject matter expertise. They will work as part of a team, but are also expected to contribute as stand-alone leaders while preparing and delivering compelling executive presentations and supporting analysis.

Engagement Manager
Engagement Managers run consulting engagements and workstreams and lead client service teams in advising our clients on important business challenges. Responsibilities include leading problem-solving efforts, serving as a client advisor, driving client communications, developing firm talent, acquiring subject matter expertise, and creating firm intellectual property. Engagement Managers manage a team, but are also expected to contribute as stand-alone leaders in client service, client development, and talent development.
