Job Description
Our Summer Analyst program is an 8-week paid internship for rising college seniors. Summer Analysts are staffed on top-level consulting engagements like our full-time analysts so that they can gain direct exposure to client challenges, build new skills, and make meaningful contributions. As a boutique firm, we can fast track our analysts’ learning in a manner not possible at larger, legacy firms. Senior team members drawn from top-tier consultancies (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) provide oversight and mentorship to Summer Analysts, helping them develop their problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct research projects to support client engagements
Build financial models and run analyses on large data sets
Craft strategic recommendations
Advise and present to colleagues and client executives
Coordinate with team members to deliver key project workstreams while demonstrating capacity to operate on a standalone basis
REQUIREMENTS
Completion of three years of study at a top college or university with a record of achievement in both core studies and extracurricular activities. (All majors considered. Some coursework in accounting / finance preferred)
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Strong analytical thinking (financial modeling and/or statistical experience preferred)
Detail orientation
Emotional intelligence to enable healthy, fluid team and client interactions
Excellent verbal and communication skills

Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
