David is the founder and Managing Partner of Transom Consulting and leads its Financial Services and M&A practices. He has extensive experience in strategic, transactional and operational advisory. David previously founded Transom Capital Group, a middle market private equity firm, and was a senior consultant at McKinsey & Co. He completed his B.A. in Public & International Affairs at Princeton University and holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
